Mortified!

We all can identify with the feeling of being embarrassed and wishing that we could just disappear.  But it seems like in our society there are relatively few things that embarrass people.  Almost anything is permissible.

When Jesus examined the church at Thyatira he found some things that they should have been embarrassed about, but had not taken any action to correct.  This is a real problem.

Thanksgiving 2017

What is your favorite part of Thanksgiving?  Why should we celebrate Thanksgiving?  Where does Thanksgiving really come from?

With or without government recognition, Christians are urged to engage in Thanksgiving and it doesn't have to be limited to one special Thursday in November.  Thanksgiving should be part of our everyday Christian experience.
